DELIVERY
We take great pride with our delivery service, We normally dispatch within 1/2 days, but please allow for longer during a busy period. We use protective packaging designed for ceramics and sculptural objects, so your order arrives just as you pictured them. you'll receive tracking as soon as you order leaves us .we currently only delivery in the UK.
deilvery costs £4.99 for orders to UK Mainland post codes
*£5.99 for large orders / items, to UK mainland post codes.
For remote postcodes please get in touch via contact page and we can obtain a quote.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your are not satisfied with your purchase, or changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and safely packaged unless the item is faulty or damaged. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Faulty or damaged items must be reported with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We do not refund returned shipping costs unless the item was received faulty or damaged.
